Good post. I hear you on the physical building side. As an architect it’s exciting to see your project done but until it’s handed over, you are problem solving for years endlessly and it can feel endless. But watching all those problems click into place and have a vision? Always cool.

Oh, how I can relate 😂. One thing I would add to this is that it gets easier when you surround yourself with the right people. To protect your energy, you need to be honest about how much you can give, and what your strengths are, because if you spend too much time on tasks that are not in your wheelhouse or deplete you, that’s bad for everyone involved.
