This is so true but how do you fix a bad first team?

That's a good question Pamela! Your next hires matter more than your first ones.

In this case, we are rebuilding a culture.

Here’s the part most people avoid:

Fixing a bad first team will cost us, time, money and short-term chaos

But not fixing it will cost us the company.

Like slow execution, low standards, and no soul.

And worst of all: we'll start lowering our own expectations to match the team.
